Brent MacAloney

Brent MacAloney is the ServiceNow Platform Owner and Program Manager at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). He took over NOAA’s ServiceNow program after spending 17 years in NOAA’s National Weather Service as a meteorologist specializing in forecast and warning performance. Since taking over the program three years ago, Brent and his teammates have quickly expanded NOAA’s ServiceNow platform beyond being used solely for Information Technology (IT) ticketing and into one that hosts a wide variety of IT and non-IT related services for staff members at NOAA.
