Chris Russick has over twenty years of experience in achieving ITSM success. Throughout his career, he has focused on business transformation and modernization. While working in the Financial Services industry, Chris implemented automation technologies and techniques to enable CICD, while ensuring proper supervisory oversight within the Release Management process. Chris also has experience working for a national hospitality brand. Bridging core components of ITOM, ITAM and ITBM led to significant cost savings while implementing efficient practices in this highly competitive industry.
Chris has held many positions throughout his career including developer, analyst, manager, solutions architect and solution sales client director. During this time, Chris has worked with many of the industry’s leading solutions but found the ServiceNow platform is by far the most flexible, mature and robust for delivering enterprise solutions.
Chris is ITIL V3 certified.
