Justin Roberts

Justin started his career off in IT during High School as a web developer, he learned over time that he had a knack for code and started to get into more advanced languages, allowing him to obtain a high profile job at IBM directly after college.

Fast forward a few years he took a career change and went into Distributed control systems where he spent several years developing Control systems for multiple high profile organizations to run processes in chemical plants, paper mills, oil and gas refineries, manufacturing facilities, and nuclear power plants. During his time working with Distributed control systems this introduced him to hardware applications for specific use cases and paring with very custom development for each environment. This also allowed Justin to get into the cloud hosting space with minimal effort, specializing in Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Engine for application hosting in the cloud with very strict regulations placed upon uptime, availability, response and disaster recovery.

Growing his knowledge in the field of IT and Security Operations further with this knowledge he started pioneering Cloud Virtualization for systems that had never been designed to operate in a cloud environment.Starting his ServiceNow career he worked for a healthcare organization that managed health insurance for the state of Louisiana.

During his time in Healthcare he learned very quickly the power of the platform he was working with and started experimenting with implementing Legacy and Mainframe applications into ServiceNow to modernize the experience and bring about new life to forgotten applications.

Justin specialized in IT Operations Management and IT Service Management within ServiceNow and became a leader and a Solution Matter Expert at his previous organization. He now works for PhariCode and GlideFast Consulting as a full time Senior ServiceNow Architect and a Solutions Delivery Director, taking the knowledge of previous work performed in multiple industries has allowed him to grasp the full life-cycle of Application Modernization with ServiceNow, thus leading his team and customers in the proper direction for proper utilization of ServiceNow and previous technology to provide the desired outcome for any project.Justin looks forward to challenging problems that allow him to grow and expand his capabilities within the technology sector, learning and expanding his knowledge has also allowed him to pass this on to his team and customers.
