Kelly is the SVP, Global People Operations for ServiceNow, where she is responsible for enabling the company’s 20,000+ employees around the globe through the People Care team (HR Service Center), Recruitment Coordinators, Employee Relations, and People Partners. Focused on optimizing world-class employee experiences leveraging the power of the Now Platform, Kelly’s organization works closely with ServiceNow’s Digital Technology organization to make HR processes, services, and tools easier, faster, and more engaging to use.

Prior to her People Operations role, Kelly led the Chief Transformation Office for ServiceNow, advising businesses on digital transformation and enterprise simplification, with an emphasis on employee experience. Before joining ServiceNow, Kelly led large-scale transformations in HR, Risk, Technology, Audit, and Operations at Lowe’s, Bank of America, and UPS.
