Kevin Haverty is Chief Revenue Officer at ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), the leading digital workflow company that makes work, work better for people. In this role, he leads the Global Go-To-Market organization, including sales, pre-sales, sales enablement, industry solutions, and global sales operations.
Kevin has more than 25 years of business leadership experience spanning enterprise technology sales, strategic partnerships, and business development.
He joined ServiceNow in 2011 as VP of Americas Sales and has also held the positions of SVP and EVP of Worldwide Sales, before becoming CRO in 2020. Over the past 10 years, Kevin has successfully led and grown the sales organization on ServiceNow’s way to $4.519 billion in revenue at the end of 2020.
Earlier in his career, Kevin held several senior sales leadership roles at EMC, including VP of Americas Sales for its Backup Recovery Systems division. He was also VP of Americas Sales at Data Domain, which was acquired by EMC; Managing Director of Sales for the Corporate Division of Thomson Financial; and a Corporate Account Director at Brocade.
In addition to his extensive enterprise technology sales career, Kevin served 10 years in the U.S. Army National Guard, attaining the rank of Captain. He is a veteran of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm serving in the Persian Gulf region.
Kevin holds a BA in Political Science from Providence College, where he was a distinguished military graduate of the Army ROTC program.
