Lauren Barrett brings a unique end user perspective to her work at ServiceNow. Before joining the team, she was a customer at Fannie Mae leading the organization change and training of a multi-year, multi-application implementation of ServiceNow. Through other positions, she has supported ServiceNow implementations at the State Department, the U.S. Marshalls, and Toyota among others. Lauren shares her understanding of and experience with how ServiceNow improves business workflow with clients to ease change management and adoption at federal agencies large and small. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s of Arts Chinese Language, Mandarin from the University of Maryland.
