Lisa joined ServiceNow early last year and leads Employee Workflow and Safe Workplace demonstrations for customers in the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Lisa has been a consultant for Human Resource ERP software solutions focusing exclusively on K-12, State, Local, and Federal Government customers for the past 32 years most recently as a senior presales consultant for SAP’s HCM, SuccessFactors, and Concur solutions.
