Matt McIvor and his team of business and technology architects support DoD and Intelligence community customers in their efforts to streamline workflow and work more efficiently including modernizing into the cloud, consolidating products onto the ServiceNow platform, and digitizing paper-driven workflows. Working with ServiceNow for over eight years, Matt was integral to building the company’s work in the DoD and Intel community as well as spearheading a partnership with Microsoft for hosting.
Prior to joining ServiceNow, Matt worked with IBM, Metastorm, and CA Technologies supporting service management and enterprise architecture projects for their DoD customers. He holds a Bachelor’s of Arts from James Madison University.
