Michela Spijkers

Michela is a ServiceNow Product Owner at AFRL, leading Enterprise adoption and strategic initiatives to enhance user engagement and system performance. She works across multiple ServiceNow modules, including SPM, HRSD, CSM, and ITSM to streamline workflows and optimize digital capabilities for AFRL’s workforce of 6,000 military and civilian employees located all over the U.S.

With nearly 13 years of civilian service, Michela brings deep expertise in DAF marketing, finance, project management, and IT solutions to the table, and excels at bridging the gap between diverse stakeholders and technical teams to drive success.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Michela tackling a home DIY project, planning her family’s next trip, or attempting to read while her preschooler turns the page — whether she’s ready or not.
