Mikayla Hyman

Mikayla conducts research on government effectiveness, including projects around human resources and government reform at the Partnership for Public Service. Mikayla is currently leading a project focused on retaining Generation X and Generation Z federal employees. She has also contributed to projects focusing on human resources transformations, public trust in government, and public health data infrastructure.
