Paul Fipps is ServiceNow’s Senior Vice President, Customer and Partner Excellence, and the head of ServiceNow Impact, a personalized value acceleration solution reimagining the B2B customer experience.

Before joining ServiceNow in early 2020, Paul spent seven-plus years at Under Armour in a variety of senior leadership roles, including as the company’s first Chief Experience Officer, its Chief Digital Officer, and its Chief Information Officer. While there, he envisioned and led many of the company’s most important strategic initiatives, including global e-commerce growth, company-wide digital transformation, the launch of connected products, and the creation of a digital subscription business model.

For his contributions to the state of Maryland through international business growth, he was honored with 2019 Maryland International Business Leadership Award from Governor Larry Hogan.

A proud U.S. Army veteran, Paul holds a B.S. in Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Baltimore and is a graduate of The Wharton School Advanced Management Program. He lives in Maryland with his wife and two daughters.
