Steven also led the digitization effort of 2.2 million pages of records, a leading project to comply with OMB M-19-21.

Hailing from northwest Missouri, Steven attended Southeast Missouri State University, earning a bachelors in Agribusiness. Steven sits on the Customer Experience (CX) Program Advisory Board at Missouri State University and is an active member of the Agribusiness Council of Kansas City. Steven is a recipient of a Farm Service Agency Harvesters Award, and recently an AMS Administrator’s Award for the successful development and deployment of eWCMD.
