Tracey Fritcher is the global director of the Employee Experience Transformation Practice within ServiceNow. In her role as global leader, Tracey helps clients think through their business priorities and provides thought leadership to help organizations improve the employee experience by leveraging ServiceNow’s enterprise platform as the foundation. She comes to ServiceNow with a long history of helping organizations keep employees at the center of redesigning work using a digital approach to drive a more human focused culture.
Prior to ServiceNow, Tracey was a Director of the Human Capital Services Practice within Baker Tilly, a key global partner in the Oracle cloud ecosystem. Her previous work experience in global organizations such as Best Buy where she led Global Recruitment and American Express where she was a key leader in organizational effectiveness focused on employee development and productivity helps her guide clients along their transformation journeys. She speaks frequently on the topics of employee experience and digital transformation and enjoys hearing about the challenges and successes of organizations around the globe. She is a champion of unleashing employee productivity and moving people away from low value, repetitive tasks to more strategic work which drives engagement and business results.
